Registration Guidelines for National Delegates

After opening the SBI Collect registration portal, follow these steps:

  1. 1.Select Educational Institutions.
  2. 2.Select the state as Madhya Pradesh (MP).
  3. 3.Select the institution as Indian Institute of Science Education and Research.
  4. 4.Select the payment category UFS Conference.
  5. 5.Proceed with the registration/payment details as requested on the portal.

Abstract submission

Abstract guidelines

  1. 01Abstracts must be a single A4 page in PDF, using the official template (Times New Roman 11 pt).
  2. 02Include title, authors, affiliations, presenting author (underlined) and up to two figures.
  3. 03Indicate your preferred theme and whether you wish to present an oral or poster contribution.
  4. 04One presenting author may submit at most two abstracts.
  5. 05Registration is confirmed only after payment; the acknowledgement email carries your reference ID.
